What is included in a starter bundle?
One diffuser and your chosen quantity of fragrance oil refills on subscription. The builder selects the refill size for your diffuser. Your device is purchased once; only the oil renews.
Can I buy without a subscription?
Yes. Shop a diffuser separately and choose the one-time purchase option on the fragrance oil page. Diffusers sold separately do not include oil.
How often will my oil arrive?
Choose delivery every month, every two months, or every three months. The bundle summary shows the first product total and recurring oil amount. Shipping and tax are additional. Review your selections in the cart before checkout.
Which fragrance should I choose?

When will my order ship, and what does shipping cost?
Orders generally ship within five business days. Carrier transit time is additional. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, so you can review the cost before paying. Read our shipping policy for details.
What does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee cover?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to return a diffuser or unopened fragrance oil. Opened oils are excluded. We cover return shipping for approved returns; original shipping charges are nonrefundable. See our return and refund policy for instructions.
Is my diffuser covered by a warranty?
Fresh Aire Plug-In and Car diffusers carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. For an approved claim, we arrange a replacement at no cost, with no need to return the old diffuser. Contact us to start a warranty request.
